syncreon wins Point-of-Sale reverse logistics contract in Brazil and Mexico.

syncreon has recently been awarded a 3-year contract for Reverse Logistics services serving a long-standing High Tech customer in Brazil and Mexico. syncreon will provide aftermarket services for the client’s point-of-sale (POS) systems. Based on their experience, long term relationship, and proven success performing similar work in Europe, syncreon anticipates success providing services including repair, warranty redemption, and material handling. syncreon was selected for this contract because of their proven reverse logistics capabilities. Their range of services includes repair, remanufacturing, technical rework, device upgrade, dismantling, scrap management, and warranty management.
