syncreon Mauá Welcomes Felipe Quartero as Young Apprentice Program Speaker

Mr. Felipe Quartero visited syncreon Mauá as a guest speaker on behalf of the Young Apprentice Program! This program is an inclusion initiative in the labor market for young people of 15-23 years old. Each rotation lasts for 16 months, and provides participants with practical experience in syncreon Brazil’s operations.

Felipe holds a Bachelor of Computer Science and is the successful author of two books. He lives with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, but in his words, “that’s only a small detail of who I am.” Mr. Quartero travels as a guest speaker to talk to others about how to deal with obstacles posed by disabilities in a positive way, and to inspire with stories of how he overcame his own.
