syncreon Joins the DP World Family

    • In July 2021 syncreon entered into an agreement to become part of leading integrated supply chain provider DP World (Dubai Ports World).

    Today, Dec. 1, 2021, we are pleased to announce that the deal has closed and syncreon NewCo B.V. (together with its subsidiaries) has been officially acquired by DP World.

    “DP World’s technology, global scale and wide-ranging capabilities will enable syncreon to expand our solution offerings and accelerate our ability to achieve greater geographic coverage,” said Brian Enright, syncreon CEO. “We are very excited about the future opportunities this acquisition will bring to our customers and people. We will continue to provide the high standard of service for which we are known.”
