The newly elected Chairman is Randall E. Curran; the other board members are Brian Enright (syncreon’s CEO & Board President), Daniel Avramovich, Christopher DiSantis, William A. Gryzenia, Pervinder Johar and Peter Waller.

    Brian Enright, announced, “I am thrilled to welcome the new board members to syncreon. Their unique backgrounds and diverse experience will make them a great asset to syncreon as we move forward”.

    The addition of the new board follows the recent completion of a recapitalization, positioning syncreon for long-term success.
