This merger establishes syncreon as a global leader in complex and integrated value added logistics services to both automotive and technology industries. Strong diversification and a comprehensive logistics services portfolio position syncreon to offer multinational OEMs integrated market-to-market solutions.

Today’s milestone in rolling out a unified global Corporate Image for syncreon paves the way in uniting the former companies by establishing one strong global brand. The former WWI and TDS organizations, together as syncreon share skills and knowledge which optimize service offerings and set new standards for the industry.

Walsh Western International, headquartered in Dublin, Ireland had been one of the fastest growing and most successful supply chain service providers in Europe. Specializing in end-to-end logistics and supply chain solutions, WWI provided a broad range of services that closely complimented those of TDS; including fulfillment, reverse logistics, dynamic in-transit merge and distribution, freight management and transportation solutions for the technology industry.
