Career Progression at syncreon | Bob van Bavel

Bob van Bavel started his journey at syncreon as a Process Engineer working in sustainability, process improvements and process implementation. Through the experience gained in this role he soon progressed to Senior Engineering Site Lead. While in this role, Bob took on responsibility for engineering and maintenance at three sites in the Netherlands. This included 90,000 square meters of warehouse space for syncreon’s Technology sector which serves many high-demand customers. Bob has recently taken on the role of Senior Operations Manager at syncreon’s Waalwijk 2, Netherlands facility. He now leads and inspires a team of over 50 within our multi-client warehouse environment.
