Visibility

syncreon’s solution includes SynView – a secure web portal providing Track & Trace visibility of inventory throughout the supply chain. syncreon’s applications are supported and fed via robust real-time EDI messaging between syncreon’s systems and partner carriers.

Our SynView application provides 360° visibility from the collection of component at origin through the transportation network. Vendors within the VMI model can be provided with access to view the inventory holding and transactions of material in their ownership, while customer users can be granted global access which provides visibility of every milestone.

The standard visibility includes:

Inbound Logistics (Collection, Transportation and Delivery)
Manufacturing / Distribution Centers (Inventory Levels & Transactions, Reporting & Visibility)
Outbound Logistics (Shipment confirmation, Order status and Proof of Delivery)

Security

Security is a key element of syncreon’s 4PL model. In addition to our corporate policy, processes and compliance with National & International standards, each supply chain solution is analysed to consider changing customer requirements, dynamic supply networks, emerging markets, peak season challenges, product type, product packaging and product handling.

Our dedicated department manages security on a global level and will support the operations group to ensure all security measures are in place at all stages of the supply chain.
