we manage supply chains: scheduling, coordinating, monitoring of material flow. - Storage and handling
we receive, securely store, and manage customer-owned or vendor-owned inventories until they are ready to be consumed. - Configuration and assembly
we add value to the products that we store by configuring and assembling products on a per-order basis to meet the specific needs of our customers or end-users. - Kitting and packing
we prepare, combine, and pack components and materials into custom kits to support production, distribution or installation. - Fulfillment
we receive and process customer orders & shipments to satisfy B2B, B2C, and dot-com demands. - Distribution
we manage and coordinate transportation processes for inbound and outbound shipments to ensure that products are moved in the most efficient manner, on a local, regional, or global basis. - Installation
we manage and coordinate the dispatch of skilled material handlers for final mile delivery and installation of commercial and consumer products. - Returns
when products must be returned for whatever reason, syncreon manages the reverse inventory flow and disposition of returned product in accordance with our customer's instructions.
