Consolidation and Fulfillment – Non-merchandise

Filling orders manually for non-merchandise items can be slow and unreliable, so we have automated the order fulfillment process, applying bar code labels to all non-merchandise items we receive from the supply base. Bar code scanning allows us to provide customers with 24/7 real-time web-based tracking and reporting of their non-merchandise inventory. Reset & Remodel Logistics

We simplify and speed store reset and remodel projects by consolidating vendor-supplied materials into unique store-specific shipments. We create a Demand and Implementation Model for the reset or remodel. We subsequently receive and store all in-bound vendor orders at one of our consolidation centers. We then transport each bundle as a single consolidated shipment, to the specified store. This approach eliminates the disruption of multiple LTL shipments to each location.
