Mr. Enright was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the company in September 2007, six months after the TDS acquisition. Mr. Enright was the Chief Executive Officer of WWI from May 1999 until August 2007, where he led the growth of the business from a small regional transportation provider to a global logistics company. Mr. Enright holds both a BA in Economics, Sociology and Politics and a Master's degree in Information Technology from University College Galway.

Mr. Neumann became President syncreon Automotive in January 2011, and holds full responsibility for the company’s automotive business. In addition, Michael sits on the syncreon Board of Directors. Michael had held the positions of Chief Commercial Officer from March 2009, Executive Vice President of Business Development from June 2000, and Managing Director of Germany beginning January 1999. Prior to joining the company, Michael worked in several management positions, predominantly in the field of contract logistics. Mr. Neumann served as an officer in the German Air Force, and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of German Armed Forces, Munich.

Mr. Semplonius became the Chief Operating Officer of the company's automotive segment in 2008 assuming full operational and profit and loss responsibility for automotive operations across the globe. Mr. Semplonius joined the company in 2002 as Plant Manager and held escalating positions of responsibility until he assumed his current role in 2008. Mr. Semplonius places emphasis on customer satisfaction, operational performance and project launches supporting growth. Mr. Semplonius holds a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario. Mr. Semplonius has 28 years of experience in the automotive industry and has held various operational and engineering roles at Chrysler, Ford and CAMI Automotive.

Mr. Ritter became Chief Operating Officer of the company's European automotive segment in 2012, assuming full operational and profit and loss responsibility for the company's automotive operations throughout Europe.
Prior to assuming this role, Mr. Ritter held several high profile positions, including: CEO at REUM GmbH, Member of the Board for Production /Logistics and COO at Schefenacker AG, and Chairman of the Board and CEO at Berger Beteiligungs-GmbH.
Mr. Ritter received a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences in Ulm, Germany and has studied Engineering, Marketing, and Sales at AKAD in Stuttgart, Germany.

Mr. Frutig became the Executive Vice President of Business Development for the automotive segment of the company in 2012. He holds responsibility for all business development and account management activities for the automotive segment throughout Europe, the Americas, and Asia Pacific regions.
Prior to joining the company, Mr. Frutig was President of Arvin Innovation. He has more than nine years of experience leading profit and loss for global companies, and sales, project management, and engineering organizations in Europe, South America, China, and Japan.
Mr. Frutig holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Detroit as well as a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.

Mr. Favati brings industry experience to his new role at syncreon, having previously served as Chief Business Development Officer at CEVA Logistics. From 2001 to 2010, Vittorio was based in Singapore, where he was the President of CEVA’s Asia Pacific region and led significant regional growth. Vittorio has significant experience and ability both in technology operations and in promoting large scale growth on a cross-segment basis. He also brings experience in mergers & acquisitions, integration, forming strategic alliances and redesigning business processes.
Vittorio has a Bachelor of Business, Transportation and Physical Distribution degree from Western Illinois University and served on the executive board of CEVA and the ANJI-CEVA JV in China.

Mr. Enright became the Chief Operating Officer of the company in January 2006. Mr. Enright joined the company in August 2000 as Project Manager where he assisted in new contract implementation and facilities expansion across various operating sites before taking up his current position. Mr. Enright is the Chief Operating Officer for the technology segment (including nal.syncreon), assuming full operational and P+L responsibility for technology operations across the globe. He holds both a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from University College, Dublin and a Master's in Business Studies in Manufacturing and Logistics from the Smurfit School of Business at University College Dublin, Ireland. He is also an accredited Black Belt through the Motorola University Six Sigma Program.

Mr. Fahy became the Executive Vice President of Business Development for the technology segment and Engineering of the company in 2008. Mr. Fahy joined the company in 1996 as a process engineer in the Netherlands' operation, and subsequently became engineering director for the group in 2001. Mr. Fahy holds responsibility for all business development and account management activity for the technology segment, working closely with customers to understand their requirements and develop customized solutions to meet their needs, leading our entire global solution engineering. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Dublin Institute of Technology and is a member of the Institute of Engineers of Ireland (MIEI).

Mr. Pugnaire became Senior Vice President of Reverse Logistics for the company in 2011. In this role he is responsible for the company's global reverse logistics business development and additionally is responsible for the operations in US and APAC. Prior to holding this position, Mr. Pugnaire was the General Manager of Compuspar Group and Director of U.S. operations.
Mr. Pugnaire holds a DDA from the IESE Business School in Barcelona and a Degree in Economics from the University of Barcelona.

Mr. Ossie Reid was appointed President & CEO of syncreon.US, Inc. a Minority Business Enterprise in April 2010. He retired from United Technologies Corporation (UTC) where he was Director of Supply Chain Management for UTC/ Hamilton Sundstrand , responsible for the Electronics and Distributed Product commodities where he successfully delivered on all financial and customer services commitment. Previously, Mr. Reid led the diversity initiative across UTC implementing metrics to balance the ethnic and gender diversity in the US organization. Mr. Reid has 24 years of successful experience in Operations Transformation with UTC and GE and holds both BSEE and MSIE degrees.

Ms. Van Landschoot became the Chief Financial Officer of the company in September 2007. Ms. Van Landschoot joined the company in September 2000 and worked as Finance Director Europe before assuming her current position. Prior to that, she worked in Paris, France as Business Unit Controller for Johnson Controls, a publicly traded global company in the building and automotive industries, and as controller for ECA, a Belgium based automotive supplier and partner in joint-ventures with both Lear Seating and Johnson Controls in (Eastern) Europe. Ms. Van Landschoot holds a Master of Business Economics and Business Engineering from the University of Leuven, Belgium.

Mr. Minns became the company's Head of Global Purchasing in 2012. In this role he is responsible for all purchasing and procurement aspects of the organization's Technology and Automotive verticals. He formerly served as Chief Operating Officer for the Technology vertical in North America and Asia regions.
Prior to joining the company, Mr. Minns held several senior operational and purchasing positions with other global organizations including Apple, Ingram Micro, and Excel Logistics. He has a proven track record of success driving performance, improving customer relations, simplifying processes, and improving customer service.
Mr. Minns holds a BA degree from Sheffield Hallam University.

Mr. Mordaunt became Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the company in 2008. In this role, he leads the Global Information Technology Organization with responsibility for the development and implementation of information technology strategy. Mr. Mordaunt began his career with WWI as a Software Engineer in 1989, and eventually moved up to the position of Group IT Manager in 1998 before leaving to take the position of European IT Director for Technology and Global Freight Management at Exel Logistics in 2000. In 2005, he took over as Sub-Regional IT Director for DHL Exel Supply Chain for Eastern Europe, Iberia, Italy, France and Ireland, but returned to the Company to assume the role of Chief Information Officer in June 2006. Mr. Mordaunt received a Diploma in Information Systems from Trinity College, Dublin, and later obtained a B.S. Degree in Business Information Systems.

Ms. Cyr joined syncreon as EVP of Human Resources in January, 2013. In this role, she has full responsibility for the global Human Resources function.
Ms. Cyr has more than twenty years of Human Resources experience with both public and private corporations, including over nine years as Sr. Vice President of Human Resources for BrightPoint. Ms. Cyr has extensive experience overseeing international Human Resources operations as well as key strategic initiatives including mergers, acquisitions, succession planning, leadership development and executive compensation.
Ms. Cyr earned a Master’s degree in Personnel and Employment Relations and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History, both from the University of South Carolina.
