  • A bachelor's in computer science OR
  • A combination of equivalent professional training and certifications, combined with a minimum of two years related work experience in a position(s) with increasing responsibility and supervisory duties may be accepted

syncreon are looking for an IT Systems Technician based in Brampton, Canada. We are looking for an energetic person with at least 5 years technical experience in a 2nd or 3rd Line support role. The candidate must have experience of working in a high pressure environment and exposure to working on implementation projects. Experience of managing 3rd party vendors would also be very desirable. The role will involve supporting users and servers on both the local site and as part of our technical support services team you will remotely support all other syncreon sites globally. Role also includes travel requirements up to 30% maximum.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to grow within a company, build on their technical skills and take an IT role in a busy site.
