Mr. Enright was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the company in September 2007, six months after the TDS acquisition. Mr. Enright was the Chief Executive Officer of WWI from May 1999 until August 2007, where he led the growth of the business from a small regional transportation provider to a global logistics company. Mr. Enright holds both a BA in Economics, Sociology and Politics and a Master's degree in Information Technology from University College Galway.
Mr. Enright has been a Director since the company's founding. Mr. Enright founded Walsh Western International ("WWI") in 1969 and was Chief Executive Officer until 1998. During this period, Mr. Enright led WWI through key stages of its development and history. In his time as CEO of the company, WWI implemented many complex supply chain solutions for large multinational organizations. Following the merger of WWI and TDS in 2007, Mr. Enright served as Chairman of the company. Michael Enright is the father of Brian and Colin Enright. Mr. Enright is also a director of The Tas Group.
Mr. Heitmann was appointed a Director of the company in September 2011. Mr. Heitmann is also a Director at Gabelli Mutal Funds and a member of the Investment Committee for the Investment of Employee Benefit Assets (CIEBA), the Financial Executives Institute and the Pension Manager’s Advisory Committee (PMAC) of the NYSE. Most recently, Mr. Heitmann was Senior Vice President – Finance of Verizon, prior to which he was Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Verizon. Mr. Heitmann received his B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology in 1971 and his M.B.A in Finance and Economics from Rutgers University in 1977.
Jeffrey J. Schaper
Mr. Schaper became a Director of the company in February 2009. Mr. Schaper is a 31 year veteran of General Electric. Mr. Schaper became Chief Executive Officer of General Electric Supply in 2003, prior to which he was the Chief Commercial Officer for GE Corporation. In 1995, he became General Manager/Vice President of Sales for the Electrical Distribution and Control Business. Mr. Schaper spent 14 years in GE Plastics and eight years with GE Medical Systems in a variety of commercial and operating roles. He retired in 2008 and has been a consultant and a Director of Trimaster Manufacturing, Inc. Mr. Schaper received his B.A. from Allegheny College in 1969.
Mr. Trotter became a Director of the company in February 2009. He is a founder and Managing Partner of GenNx360 Capital Partners, a private equity buyout firm focused on industrial business-to-business companies. Prior to this, Mr. Trotter was Vice Chairman of General Electric Company, a position he held from 2006 until his retirement in February 2008, after 38 years of service. Mr. Trotter currently serves as a Director of PepsiCo, Inc., Textron, Inc., and Daimler A.G. He is also the past chairman of NEMA. Mr. Trotter holds a B.A. from Cleveland State University and was awarded honorary doctorate degrees from both Cleveland State University and the North Carolina A&T School of Business.
Mr. Blaylock became a Director of the company in February 2009. He is also a founder and Managing Partner for GenNx360 Capital Partners. Prior to launching GenNx360, Mr. Blaylock was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Blaylock & Company, a leading independent investment banking firm. Before that he held executive management positions with Paine Webber and Citigroup. Mr. Blaylock serves on the boards of numerous corporate and non-profit organizations, including W.R. Berkley, Inc., Radio One, Inc., CarMax, Inc., Prep for Prep, and Carnegie Hall. Mr. Blaylock earned his MBA in Finance from NYU's Stern School of Business, and his B.S. in Finance from Georgetown University.
Mr. Nye was appointed Director of the Company in July 2009 and has advised the group on business strategy and acquisitions since 2004. Mr. Nye works with a number of other private companies on corporate development issues. Mr. Nye has significant experience in business services, having been Chief Executive of several companies including Reconomy, Mentmore and the Technology division of Exel. He has been involved in the international logistics market for over 18 years. Previously, he was a management consultant, having started his career with LEK Consulting. Mr. Nye has a Master of Arts degree from the University of Cambridge.
